Emission control fabrication.

Ductwork, housings, hoods and support steel for emission control and heat recovery systems.

Industry

Emission control & heat recovery fabrication.

Emission control and heat recovery systems live or die on the metalwork around them—ductwork, transitions, housings, hoods, stacks and the support steel that holds it all in place. A & P fabricates these components in carbon and stainless steel at our Appleton shop, with certified welders and the heavy-fabrication capacity that large air-handling work demands.

DUCTWORK & TRANSITIONS

Round and rectangular duct, transitions, elbows and dampers fabricated to drawing in carbon or stainless.

HOUSINGS & HOODS

Collection hoods, plenums, and equipment housings—built with the heavy fabrication handling large weldments require.

SUPPORT STEEL & INSTALL

Platforms, supports and stacks, with installation support to follow the fabrication to site.

Quick Answers

Emission system questions.

What materials are used for emission control ductwork?

Carbon steel for general service, stainless where temperature or corrosive condensate demands it—the service conditions drive the call.

Can you fabricate from our engineer’s drawings?

Yes—engineered drawing packages are the normal starting point. We flag fabrication questions before cutting, not after.

Can sections be prefabricated to shorten the outage?

Yes—the same shop-spooling logic we use for process piping applies to duct runs: maximum shop fabrication, minimum field time.

Do you handle both new systems and repairs?

Both—new fabrication, and repair or replacement sections built from field measurements of existing systems.
